About the Role

BPO Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle 

   end-to-end recruitment

    for BPO roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
3. Ensure a 

   strong candidate pipeline

    for current and future requirements.
4. Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate suitability in terms of skills, communication, and culture fit.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment insights.
6. Maintain accurate recruitment reports and data in line with company standards.
7. Ensure 

   fast turnaround time (TAT)

    for closures while maintaining quality of hire.

Requirements

• Minimum 

  5 years of proven experience

   as a recruiter in the BPO industry.
• Strong knowledge of BPO roles, skill sets, and industry hiring challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle 

  high-volume recruitment

   under tight timelines.
• Fluency in English is a 

  must

  .
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
