Job Title: Contract-Based BPO Trainer (Work from Home)

contract basis

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of training experience

English fluency

design and deliver training programs

your own laptop

✅ Experience in virtual training and using online learning platforms is a plus.

✅ Strong communication, presentation and engagement skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver 

    training sessions

     based on client requirements.
  • Design 

    structured training materials

     (PPTs, PDFs, modules, etc.).
  • Conduct 

    interactive online training

     sessions for Indian & International audiences.
  • Evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Adapt training content for different time zones and learning styles.
