Job Title Buyer – Bought Out

Division – Heating Project PU

Location – Eco House , Pune

Roles & Responsibilities

• Procurement of Fans, Blowers, Dust Collectors, Burners spares, Valves, Pumps, Mechanical Boughtouts & Castings. .
• Material procurement as per applicable ITP / Code / Specifications / Drawing / Vendor list.
• Doing Zero based Costing & Techno-commercial negotiation with supplier.
• Review indents and understand the technical requirement of the item to be procured.
• Issue and administrate PO's through ERP-Oracle within 07 Days.
• Tracking progress of orders and ensuring timely delivery of various procurement items.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Proposals, Projects, QAC, Logistics, Commercial & Finance departments.
• Collaboration with Engineering for technical clearance etc, Ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials.
• Coordination with commercial for required documentation for effecting dispatches for out to out consignments.
• Vendor visits for follow up for critical items.
• Strict Adherence to Procure to Pay Process & Order schedules.
• Maintaining proper documentation for each PO like received quotations, comparative statements, negotiation done etc
• Data Analysis, MIS creation, VDCR, OPEX, Vendor OTP.
• Doing VA/VE of Supplier, OTP, VDCR.

Critical Competencies for the job:

• Knowledge of IBR, ASME and ISO Standards.
• Knowledge of rotating equipments.
• Knowledge of various grades of raw material & relevant codes.
• Knowledge of ERP / LN / MS Office.
• Understand mechanical drawing, technical aspects of fabrication processes.
• Understanding of commercial & taxation(GST) & framing contracts.
• Hands on experience in sourcing, data analysis, costing, cost reduction, fair pricing, and negotiation.
• Cross functional collaboration.
• Good in interpersonal & email communication.
• Extensive Travelling
• Should be Quick Learner, Self-Driven, Flexible, Team Player, Positive Attitude, Confident.
