Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Borma Master to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the presentation of our products is engaging and appealing. Your leadership will drive sales through effective merchandising, upselling, and product demonstrations, creating a lively shopping environment that encourages customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is bilingual, possesses strong communication skills, and has previous supervising experience in a retail or grocery store setting. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service
• Supervise staff members, providing guidance on POS transactions, cashiering procedures, and phone etiquette
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh products
• Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive shopping experience
• Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and merchandising strategies in accordance with retail math principles
• Support the team in cash handling procedures, including balancing registers and processing transactions accurately

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in retail sales or grocery store environments
• Strong familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
• Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to boost sales
• Excellent communication skills in bilingual settings (preferred)
• Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Prior experience in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining organized displays
