Booking Manager / Front Office – Sales & Guest Relations

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Booking Manager to handle front office operations, manage booking enquiries, close sales, and coordinate guest management. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in hospitality sales and guest relations.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Booking Handling

  • Handle booking enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and OTA platforms
  • Provide clear information on property details, pricing, packages, and policies
  • Manage booking availability, confirmations, and guest records
  • Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations

Sales & Booking Closure

  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Follow up with potential guests to close sales
  • Upsell packages and additional services when applicable
  • Support achievement of monthly booking and revenue targets

Guest Management & Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests before and during their stay
  • Coordinate smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and basic issue resolution
  • Ensure high guest satisfaction and positive experience

OTA & System Coordination

  • Manage and update bookings on OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate booking data and daily booking reports
  • Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams for room readiness

Reporting & Support

  • Maintain daily enquiry, booking, and occupancy reports
  • Share regular updates with management on bookings and revenue
  • Assist in collecting guest feedback and reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic sales and negotiation ability
  • Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, and computer systems
  • Willingness to learn booking systems and OTA platforms
  • Customer-friendly, confident, and organized

Working Hours

  • Shift-based / Flexible working hours
  • Weekend and holiday availability required

Compensation

  • Salary: As per experience and industry standards
  • Incentives: Performance-based booking and sales incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,812.17 - ₹38,777.52 per month
