We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Booking Manager to handle banquet hall bookings, client coordination, and event management support. The role involves managing inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries (phone, walk-ins, website, WhatsApp, etc.) Explain banquet packages, pricing, and services to clients Maintain booking calendar and availability records Prepare and share quotations, booking agreements, and confirmations Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure smooth event execution Maintain relationships with repeat clients, corporate accounts, and event planners Achieve monthly booking targets Requirements Prior experience in banquet/hospitality/event sales preferred Strong communication & negotiation skills Good computer & MS Office knowledge Pleasant personality and customer service orientation Ability to handle multiple bookings and deadlines Benefits Attractive salary + performance incentives Growth opportunities in hospitality & event management Exposure to client relations and banquet operations
