Booking manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Booking Manager with at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality or property management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, optimizing occupancy, and delivering exceptional guest service from inquiry to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all booking inquiries via phone, email, OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), and social media.
• Maintain and update availability calendars and pricing across platforms.
• Coordinate with property staff for guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
• Ensure timely communication with guests before, during, and after their stay.
• Maximize occupancy through efficient booking management and upselling strategies.
• Monitor customer reviews and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on booking performance.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a booking/reservations or hospitality support role.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and customer-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and updates.

Pay: ₹10,539.38 - ₹38,943.72 per month
