Position Title: Resort & F&B Operations Manager
Location: Saikani Beach Resort, Pondicherry
Department: Operations (Resort + Restaurant)
Reports To: General Manager / Owner
Hotel management degree/certificate (preferred but not mandatory)
Minimum 3–7 years experience in ho spitality operations
Experience in both resort + F&B service is an advantage
Required Skills
Excellent communication & guest handling
Strong leadership & problem-solving
Experience in hotel + restaurant operations
Inventory & cost control management
Knowledge of POS / Billing / Booking software
Multitasking & crisis management
Working Hours
Full-time
Flexible shift schedule (weekends/holiday operations expected)
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience)
