We are looking for a Booking Manager to manage guest reservations and ensure smooth operations at Tinton Resorts. This role is ideal for individuals with a customer-first attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. As the Booking Manager, you’ll play a key role in providing our guests with a seamless booking experience from start to finish. 📍 Location: On-site at Tinton Resorts 💰 Salary: ₹20,000- ₹25,000/ per month ( Negotiable depending on your experience) 🏠 Accommodation & Meals: Provided at no extra cost 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Managing Reservations : Handle incoming booking inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms. Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed in the system. • Customer Communication : Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about room availability, pricing, resort services, and local attractions. Maintain excellent communication to ensure a seamless booking experience. • Coordination with Staff : Liaise with housekeeping, reception, and other departments to ensure rooms are prepared and guest requests are accommodated. • Check-ins and Check-outs : Oversee and facilitate smooth guest check-in and check-out processes. Address any guest issues or special requests promptly and efficiently. • Payment Processing : Process payments, deposits, and refunds, and ensure all transactions are properly documented. • Data Management : Maintain and update the booking system, ensuring accuracy in guest records, room availability, and reservation details. • Reporting : Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback. • Customer Service Excellence : Provide an exceptional guest experience by assisting guests with any queries or needs and addressing concerns promptly and professionally. • Administrative Support : Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest preferences, and any special requests to ensure smooth and personalized guest experiences. • Upselling and Cross-Selling : Promote resort services, activities, and packages to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue. 🔹 Who Can Apply?
