Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and driven teammates.You'll ensure the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) of assigned Bogie Projects, directly contributing to the success of our world-class rail solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Train and Project-level PrEMs, Bogie Component Engineers, Sourcing, and Quality teams), plan workloads and project timelines, and manage stakeholder commitments, among other responsibilities.You’ll specifically take care of leading bogie subsystem design and ensuring compliance with customer requirements, but also preparing tender documents and driving localization initiatives.We’ll look to you for:
- 10 Years experiance
- Contributing technically to the execution of Bogie Projects
- Planning workloads and monitoring project plans for associated teams
- Managing bogie requirements, subsystem design, and functional ownership
- Preparing and submitting customer documentation, addressing comments and queries
- Interfacing with stakeholders, including components engineers, design engineers, and industrial engineers
- Driving design reviews, gate reviews, and risk mitigation plans
- Ensuring compliance with safety requirements and engineering commitments
- Escalating critical issues and ensuring global scheduling convergence

- 10+ years of experience in the bogie domain, preferably within the railway industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate, persuade, and lead cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated agility, inclusiveness, and responsibility
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
