Job Description

Job Summary:

The BMS Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls. The role involves ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction through timely maintenance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BMS and HVAC control systems.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for BMS components (controllers, sensors, actuators, etc.).
Monitor and analyze system performance using BMS software and provide optimization solutions.
Integrate BMS with HVAC systems, lighting controls, energy meters, and other automation devices.
Calibrate field devices, control panels, and ensure system reliability.
Attend service calls, identify faults, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation as per company standards.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth service execution.
Support upgrades, retrofits, and configuration updates on BMS/HVAC systems.

Skills & Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in BMS or HVAC controls servicing.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and control loops.
Hands-on experience with BMS platforms such as Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Schneider, or Delta.
Ability to read and interpret control drawings and wiring diagrams.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of networking and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred:

Experience in energy management systems or smart building automation.
Certification or training in BMS/HVAC systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
