Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bluecollar Hiring Executive based in Mumbai. The responsibilities will include handling end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar staff, sourcing candidates using various platforms, and conducting interviews to identify suitable applicants. The role also involves coordinating with training and operations teams, maintaining data records of candidates, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Effective communication and networking with hiring sources are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, recruitment, and screening processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards and social media channels.
• Experience with data management and maintaining organized records of candidate information.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and coordination with internal teams such as training and operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in blue-collar recruitment or related fields is advantageous.
• Ability in mobilising candidates by conducting job fairs
