( www.care24.co.in ) Position Overview: Medical Trainer, who reports and directly works with the Head of Supply (Nurses and Attendants) will be responsible for the development and delivery of product training curriculum and assessments as well as confirming Care Givers are effectively trained on GDA skills that reflect the needs in the current market environment as well as ensuring alignment with brand-based needs/requirements. You will ensure the Care Givers are effectively trained on product knowledge that reflect the needs of business via pre and post training program metrics and pull through activities. This position grows into Sr. Trainer as individuals demonstrate caliber and adds value to business and associated stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring educational activities essential for Caregivers, GDA’s(General Duty Assistant) also called “Nursing Care Assistants”, “Nursing Assistants", "Nursing Aides”, “Bedside Assistants”, or “Orderlies” when working in a hospital in-home environment. Teach GDA courses and instruct using a variety of instruction modalities. Responsible to review course curriculum for the GDA/Caregiver program and update accordingly. Identify and execute pull through opportunities for each learning program and leverage the pre and post training metrics to measure impact on business outcomes Create innovative training solutions to include materials in multi-media formats and invest in continuous improvement of training materials and processes. Develop and maintain ownership of KPI tracking/reporting progress on the implementation of the Product training strategy and curriculum. Identify opportunities for enhancements, customization and applying key learnings to increase business outcomes in areas including: 1) Advanced product skills training, 2)continuous product training & assessments, 3) Product certification requirements, 4)Refresher Trainings, 5) Benchmarking excellence, and 6) Identifying & implementing best practices. Secondary Responsibilities: Planning Organizing & conducting the in-service Training for Caregivers & evaluating the Performance & Knowledge Level. Interviewing and recruitment of the suitable caregivers. Responsible for continuous improvement in quality of the candidates Training and delivery of sessions for the Care Givers effectively. Responsible for the life skill graph of the Care Givers. To act as counsellor whenever required. To support the organization and Care Givers to achieve the best. Conducting Medical trainings for the new joiners in the organization. Education and Experience: Selection based on expertise and depth of domain in the Clinical Nursing or Nursing Education. However prior experience of 0.6 - 1 year in teaching GDA courses would be highly preferable and catering to target centric hyper- growth organization is relevant. Degree in BSC (Nursing), GNM will be preferred.
