Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Node.js Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems that integrate with blockchain and AI-powered applications. You will work across the stack, from server-side logic to database architecture, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, production-ready APIs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and build robust, scalable backend systems and REST APIs.
Design and maintain databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for high-performance data storage and retrieval.
Implement user authentication, authorization, and secure data management systems.
Integrate Solana blockchain via Web3.js and RPC for decentralized applications.
Develop real-time communication features using WebSockets or other streaming technologies.
Collaborate with frontend, blockchain, and AI teams to deliver integrated full-stack solutions.
Continuously optimize backend performance and reliability and maintain maintainability.
Research and implement best practices in backend development, database design, and cloud deployment.

Requirements:

Strong experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express or Fastify.
Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and real-time backend systems.
Experience integrating backend systems with blockchain platforms, ideally Solana.
Familiarity with cloud environments and deployment best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced startup.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across technical teams.
