Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern AI models (LLMs, NLP, Vision, and Predictive Analytics) and the ability to design, customize, and deploy AI bots and automation systems tailored to specific business needs.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to conceptualize and build AI-driven assistants, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics tools that enhance decision-making, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and prediction systems based on business requirements.
• Evaluate and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or open-source alternatives for optimal performance.
• Build and integrate AI workflows into existing applications using APIs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines).
• Research and recommend the best models, tools, and frameworks for different use cases (text, speech, image, or predictive analytics).
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI-driven features into web and mobile products.
• Continuously improve system accuracy and efficiency through experimentation, testing, and data-driven insights.
• Manage and optimize model inference costs, scalability, and performance for production environments.
• Stay current with the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI/ML research, LLM fine-tuning, and generative AI applications.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI concepts.
• Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience working with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB).
• Experience creating, fine-tuning, and deploying custom chatbots or AI agents.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of cloud-based AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenAI platform).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect AI solutions from concept to deployment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience integrating AI with blockchain or Web3 platforms.
• Familiarity with predictive modeling for finance, investment, or risk analytics.
• Experience in prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of Docker, FastAPI, or Flask for AI service deployment.
• Exposure to data visualization tools and analytics dashboards.
