Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

  Identify and engage potential clients in the AEC industry, understanding their BIM needs and presenting tailored solutions.

• Sales Strategy Development:

  Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

• Relationship Building:

  Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Product Demonstrations:

  Showcase the benefits of BIM services and software, including Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, to prospective clients.

• Negotiation & Closing:

  Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with technical and project delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met.

• Market Insights:

  Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in BIM, AEC, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of BIM solutions and software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with the AEC industry and a strong professional network is a plus.
