This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging technology to transform the AEC industry and thrives on building relationships with clients. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, presenting BIM solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in the AEC industry, understanding their BIM needs and presenting tailored solutions. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Product Demonstrations: Showcase the benefits of BIM services and software, including Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, to prospective clients. Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with technical and project delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in BIM, AEC, or related industries. Strong understanding of BIM solutions and software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
