Role Summary The BIM Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, client coordination, technical supervision, and team management. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating client requirements into actionable BIM workflows and ensuring timely and quality project completion. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and deliver BIM-based projects from initiation to completion. Engage with clients to understand requirements, prepare proposals/quotations, and provide technical consultation. Allocate and manage tasks within the BIM team, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project goals. Review BIM models, drawings, and related deliverables to maintain quality and compliance with industry standards. Provide virtual guidance and coordination for execution teams working at physical project sites. Maintain a strong portfolio of past projects to support client engagement and business development efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualification & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in BIM management or coordination roles. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools. Strong understanding of BIM standards, construction practices, and project workflows. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills. Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong portfolio showcasing completed BIM projects across various domains.
