Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, producing construction drawings, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring accurate design development, coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and contributing to the planning and development of various architectural and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D BIM models from CAD, PDF, IFC, and point-cloud data
• Prepare accurate construction drawings and schedules
• Ensure model quality as per BIM standards and client requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders
• Create discipline-specific BIM content and extract project data

Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in

  Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks

• Strong communication, coordination, and modeling skills
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and quality-focused mindset
