BIM Coordinator - MEP

Job Description

Role Responsibilities Support project teams in the use of BIM authoring tools Hold weekly coordination meetings with team members Creating internal BIM standards used in the projects like standards for the use of modelling tools, standards for creating object libraries etc. Early design review and constructability analysis Producing project Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D content Selecting and implementing solutions to automate repetitive tasks like the use of Dynamo, new plugins etc Development and maintenance of BIM project documentation e.g. BEP, MIDP & TIPD Implementing and maintaining the project Common Data Environment (CDE) Monitoring project compliance to agreed workflows Federate models and perform clash detection reporting Coordinate and delegate project tasks amongst team members. Carry out BIM check of models and deliverables produced by team Identify and provide required trainings to the team members/helping the team in upskilling as and when required.
