BIM Coordinator - MEP

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator MEP to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and coordinating teh various disciplines of 3D models for building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, expertise in BIM software, and a commitment to delivering high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the MEP disciplines 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate design coordination and clash-free models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues in a BIM environment.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 6–12 years as a BIM MEP Engineer in engineering, construction, or related industries.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Expert-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and BIM workflows.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
