Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur. We are seeking talented BIM professionals with a background in Architecture or Interior Design to join our team on an exclusive luxury residential/commercial project. This is an opportunity to contribute to a world-class design project characterized by attention to detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and innovative design. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, design-driven individual who excels at translating sophisticated concepts into accurate and efficient BIM models, collaborating closely with design leads and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models (Revit) for architecture and interiors.
• Coordinate BIM workflows between architecture, interior design, and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to design standards.
• Translate high-end design concepts into technical drawings and documentation.
• Work closely with the design team to support the delivery of drawing packages from concept to construction documentation.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings when necessary.
• Maintain project BIM execution standards and contribute to quality control.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in BIM modeling for high-end design projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (mandatory), with working knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, Enscape, Rhino, or Navisworks, is a plus.
• Experience with luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and project coordination processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
