Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur. We are seeking talented BIM professionals with a background in Architecture or Interior Design to join our team on an exclusive luxury residential/commercial project. This is an opportunity to contribute to a world-class design project characterized by attention to detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and innovative design. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, design-driven individual who excels at translating sophisticated concepts into accurate and efficient BIM models, collaborating closely with design leads and consultants. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed BIM models (Revit) for architecture and interiors. Coordinate BIM workflows between architecture, interior design, and MEP disciplines. Ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to design standards. Translate high-end design concepts into technical drawings and documentation. Work closely with the design team to support the delivery of drawing packages from concept to construction documentation. Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings when necessary. Maintain project BIM execution standards and contribute to quality control. QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Architecture or Interior Design. 5–7 years of professional experience in BIM modeling for high-end design projects. Strong proficiency in Revit (mandatory), with working knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, Enscape, Rhino, or Navisworks, is a plus. Experience with luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors is highly desirable. Familiarity with BIM standards and project coordination processes.
