Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect, located in Nagpur. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining Building Information Models. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with design and construction teams, developing detailed BIM models, ensuring compliance with design standards, and supporting project coordination across architecture, structural elements, and MEPF systems. The role will also involve problem-solving, documentation, and presentation of design data to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction principles
• Experience with collaborative project coordination across Architecture, Structure, and MEPF disciplines
• Skills in drafting, detailing, and model management for efficient workflows
• Understanding of BIM standards, design codes, and compliance requirements
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Educational background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines
• Additional experience or certifications in project management or BIM implementation are a plus
