**Job Description:** As a Contract Manager and Billing Manager at JLL, your role is crucial in upholding client satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of project and development services in the Corporate Solutions division. Your responsibilities include identifying client needs, devising effective solutions, and managing procurement, tendering, and selection processes in alignment with client requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage project reviews and commercial assessments - Ensure standard contracts adhere to clients" corporate standards and commercial terms - Evaluate quotations and formalize agreements with contractors and vendors - Oversee post-contract obligations, including negotiations, claims, and disputes - Monitor compliance with clients" requirements and manage contractors accordingly - Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency policy management services **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in architectural, civil engineering, quantity surveying, or project management - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field with over 3 years as a cost/contract manager - Familiarity with local construction market, regulations, contract laws, and tender processes - Experience in handling international contracts and strong understanding of legal contract environments In addition to technical qualifications, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to excel in this role.
