The Hospital Billing Manager oversees the healthcare revenue cycle by managing billing operations, leading the billing team, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely collections to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and supervise billing staff for efficient workflow.
Manage billing systems and ensure accurate claims processing.
Oversee full revenue cycle: registration, insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, and collections.
Track and follow up on accounts receivable (A/R).
Resolve billing inquiries from patients, insurers, and TPAs.
Prepare and analyze financial/billing reports.
Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and coding regulations.
Provide financial counseling and payment plan options to patients.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in billing/accounting software, EMR, and MS Office.
Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT/ICD coding, and payer guidelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
