Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer with a strong background in the elevator industry to oversee and implement effective safety policies and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe work environment, conducting training sessions, and maintaining accurate safety records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) to reinforce safety practices on site.
• Implement and monitor site-specific safety activities.
• Prepare and submit monthly HSE status reports to management.
• Organize and lead safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors.
• Carry out regular safety inspections and audits across job sites.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all safety-related activities, incidents, and training.
• Develop and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance with state, local, and industry-specific safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have a valid safety certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OHSAS, or Industrial Safety.
• Experience in the elevator industry is mandatory.
• Proven experience in site safety management and HSE practices.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and hazard mitigation strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to train and influence team members on safety culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
