Billing Manager

As a Billing Manager at our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing the billing department with a focus on accuracy and client relationships. Your role will involve managing the billing process, reviewing invoices, and using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage for financial reporting. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health of our organisation. Key Responsibilities: - Review invoices and promptly resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy in billing. - Utilise accounting software like QuickBooks and Sage for data entry and financial reporting. - Analyse billing data regularly to identify trends and enhance processes. - Train and supervise billing staff to ensure compliance with company policies. - Handle telemarketing efforts for billing inquiries and client follow-ups. - Maintain exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients about their accounts. Qualifications: - Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, and other accounting software. - Background in financial services with a focus on billing processes. - Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail. - Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively. - Experience in telemarketing and client communication. - Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar enterprise resource planning systems is advantageous.
