Billing Manager

Ø Accuracy in Inpatient Billing.

Ø Effectively monitoring of day-to-day activities

Ø Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures.

Ø Supervise the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.

Ø Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.

Ø Implement corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.

Ø Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems.

Ø Monitoring all estimations and actual billing expenses.

Ø Follow up of Emergency admission patient.

Ø Day to day outstanding amount follow up.

Ø Monitors OP / IP billings performance shift wise.

Ø Bill Updating of all the procedures done to the patient on daily basis.

Ø Ensures charges for the hospital services based upon the tariff.

Ø Gives estimation to the self-paying patients and Corporate Patients.

Ø To ensure that all the services are charged before final bill is made.

Ø Takes written consent from the Patients attendants on payment terms.

Ø Discuss with the consultants, estimate, deposits and payments.

Ø Explains the line of treatment being given and the reason for taking such deposits at the time of admission to the patients and their attendants.

Ø Gives break-ups of the treatment bills for re-imbursement, insurance claims.

Ø Provides inputs to Finance and Accounts department regarding day-to-day transactions

Ø Implementing admission & billing policies as directed by the management

Ø Tracking timely submission of bills of TPA & Corporate

Ø Maintaining MOU tracker.

Ø Maintaining all tariffs in soft copy and hard copy authorized sign.

Ø Co-ordination with internal departments.

Ø Maintaining Discharge TAT.

Ø Maintaining Estimation TAT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,171.39 - ₹49,906.62 per month
