Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time. Verify billing data, such as product/service details, pricing, discounts, and customer information. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure billing reflects service delivery. Maintain records of invoices, payments, and billing discrepancies. Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for billing clarifications. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant tax regulations (e.g., GST, VAT). Prepare and analyze billing reports and summaries for management. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings related to billing. Resolve billing errors or disputes efficiently and professionally. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role. Proficient in billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho). Strong MS Excel skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
