Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed project schedules for civil works using MS Project or Excel, breaking down scope into measurable activities (excavation, PCC, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, finishing, etc.).
Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules (weekly/monthly) and track milestones.
Conduct physical site measurements based on approved drawings and BOQs; maintain accurate Measurement Books (MBs).
Prepare monthly Running Account (RA) Bills aligned with site progress and contract terms.
Upload measurements and supporting documents to client billing portals (WIMS/SAP) and follow up for approvals and payments.
Reconcile subcontractor bills with site execution and client-approved quantities; maintain subcontractor work order and payment records.
Monitor work order quantities, raise PRs or contract amendments proactively to avoid delays.
Track and report planned vs actual progress, identify delays, and suggest mitigation plans.
Generate and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs).
Maintain up-to-date records of all civil billing documentation: MBs, drawings, approvals, site instructions, variations, and correspondence.
Handle technical and billing correspondence with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Collaborate closely with execution, QA/QC, procurement, and project control teams to ensure work progress aligns with billing and contract scope.
Ensure timely billing of civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works specific to WTP (clarifiers, filters, tanks, chemical dosing systems, etc.).
Plan sequencing of activities (excavation, RCC works, equipment erection, piping, testing & commissioning).
Liaise with client billing engineers, consultants, and project managers for measurement verification, bill certification, and approvals.
Required Qualification & Experience:
Ø Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering
Ø Experience: 5 - 8 years in Billing roles, preferably in WTP or Infrastructure Projects
Required Key Skills:
Proficient in reading and understanding structural/civil drawings
Expertise in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and measurement book handling
Skilled in preparing bills, running account statements, and site measurement documentation
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, AutoCAD (for area/length measurements), and MS Project (basic level)
Good communication skills for coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies, prepare reconciliations, and maintain detailed records
Ability to handle technical and billing-related correspondence and project documentation efficiently

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
