Timely preparation and submission of accurate bills Reduced billing errors and disputes Efficient coordination for measurement verification and approvals Timely client certifications and faster payment cycles Proper reconciliation of quantities and costs Strong documentation and audit compliance Support for project cash flow and financial planning Desired Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 5–7 years of hands-on experience in billing and cost control in construction projects. Strong understanding of BOQs, contract terms, rate analysis, and site measurements. Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/Billing software (e.g., SAP, Tally, etc.). Experience in coastal or island-based construction projects (Maldives or similar regions) preferred. Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
