Desired Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 10–15 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost control in construction projects. Strong understanding of project budgeting, tendering, and contract administration. Proficient in software such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation tools.
