Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and submit
client running bills
and
final bills
as per approved drawings and work executed on site.
Verify and process
subcontractor/vendor bills
based on site measurement and work completion.
Conduct
quantity take-offs
and prepare
BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
from drawings.
Coordinate with
site engineers, project managers, and purchase departments
for measurement verification and material reconciliation.
Maintain and update
measurement sheets, RA bills, and cost tracking
on a regular basis.
Assist in
rate analysis
and
budget preparation
for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Handle
variation claims
, extra item billing, and ensure all approvals are in place before billing.
Prepare
work progress reports
and
cash flow statements
for management review.
Ensure all billing documentation complies with company policies and client requirements.
Liaise with the
accounts team
for invoice submission, certification follow-up, and payment collection.
