Billing Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Billing Coordinator at Vision Infra Equipment Solutions Limited in Pune, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, generating and sending invoices, and utilizing analytical skills for billing purposes. You will work on-site full-time, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the billing operations. Key Responsibilities: - Collect monthly billing sheets for all company assets deployed at customer sites - Compare data with machine log sheets and prepare monthly Proforma invoices considering work order terms and conditions - Resolve client objections related to breakdowns, extra hours, or diesel consumption - Communicate with clients for corrected data and manage account balances for outstanding receivables - Raise tax invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for further follow-up Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce - 2-3 years of experience in billing roles in an Infra Company - Proficiency in financial software or ERP systems - Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word Company Details: Vision Infra Equipment Solutions Limited specializes in road construction equipment and machinery.
