Billing Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Billing & Coordination Executive to join our team! You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth billing operations while coordinating between our dispatch team and office staff. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Sales Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and on time. ✅ Data Entry & Updates: Maintain and update billing records in Tally ✅ Coordination: Act as the key link between the dispatch team and office staff for smooth order processing. ✅ Accounts & Documentation: Ensure all invoices, payments, and records are properly maintained. ✅ Software Proficiency: Work with Tally, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and basic photo editing tools as needed. ✅ Issue Resolution: Address any discrepancies in invoices and resolve billing-related queries efficiently.
