Job Description

You are a dynamic and results-driven Bidding Expert / Business Development Manager who will play a crucial role in the growth of the company. With a strong background in bidding on lead generation platforms and business development within the IT software development industry, you will be responsible for the following key areas: - **Bidding & Proposal Management:** - Manage and execute end-to-end bidding processes on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru. - Prepare tailored proposals aligned with client needs and industry trends. - Collaborate with technical teams to create competitive quotes for potential clients. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends. - **Lead Generation & Conversion:** - Identify and approach potential leads through various channels. - Engage with leads to understand their requirements and effectively communicate our services. - Convert leads into sales by nurturing relationships and negotiating contracts. - Follow up on all inquiries to ensure maximum conversion. - **Team Leadership & Collaboration:** - Lead and manage a team of bidding experts and business development executives. - Set clear performance targets and monitor team progress to meet departmental goals. - Provide training, mentorship, and support to junior team members for their growth. - Collaborate with technical, marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. - Regularly interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities. - Manage and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. You should possess: - **Experience:** 3-4 years of relevant experience focusing on bidding and lead generation platforms. - **Industry Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the IT services industry, particularly software development, web and mobile app development. Experience with international clients is a plus. - **Team Leadership:** Proven experience in leading teams with excellent leadership and coaching skills. - **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions. - **Negotiation Skills:** Track record of effective deal negotiation and closure. - **Platform Expertise:** Hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc. - **CRM Software Knowledge:** Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar for lead tracking.
