About the Role:

Upwork Bidding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant projects on Upwork in the

    US and UK markets

    .
  • Prepare customized, high-conversion proposals for each opportunity.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand requirements and set up calls for the sales/technical team.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and achieve monthly bidding targets.
  • Track, analyze, and report proposal success rates and conversion ratios.

Requirements:

  • 23 years of experience in Upwork bidding, preferably in the IT services domain.
  • Strong understanding of

    mobile and web development technologies

    and terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Upwork algorithms, profile optimization, and lead qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.
