Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid Specialist, located in Bokaro. The Bid Specialist will be responsible for managing bid processes, preparing bids and tenders, Evaluation and Client relationship. They will work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information, ensure compliance with bid requirements, and submit compelling proposals. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

Experience with Bid Processes, Tender Management, and Bid Preparation
Proven skills in Proposal Writing and Communication
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
