Bid Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Bid Management

  : Oversee the complete lifecycle of tendering and proposal development, ensuring compliance with client requirements, GeM regulations, and e-procurement guidelines.

• Proposal Development

  : Prepare, review, and refine technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client specifications.

• Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination

  : Liaise with external vendors, OEMs, and subcontractors to gather quotations and required documentation for proposal inclusion.

• Tender Tracking & Database Management

  : Maintain and update a repository of tender documents, proposals, and related materials for efficient reference and future use.

• Status Monitoring & Reporting

  : Track tender progress, providing timely updates to management and relevant stakeholders.

• Contract Negotiation Support

  : Assist in negotiations and provide necessary support during the pre-contract phase to ensure favorable terms.

• Bid Submission & Evaluation

  : Lead the tendering process, including preparation, submission, evaluation, and awarding of contracts.

• Stakeholder Communication

  : Engage with vendors, departments, and clients for vendor registrations, pre-bid and post-bid meetings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Market & Competitor Analysis

  : Monitor industry trends, competitors' bidding strategies, and market opportunities to enhance bidding success rates.
