Job Profile: BID Manager Location: Andheri East Industry: IT Solutions / System Integration / Infrastructure & Services Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end bid management activities for large IT infrastructure, software, and services opportunities (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and Tenders). Study customer requirements, analyze RFP/RFQ documents, and ensure complete and timely bid submission. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, legal, commercial, procurement) to collect inputs for preparing competitive and compliant proposals. Prepare technical and commercial documentation, proposals, compliance matrices, and project timelines. Review and enhance proposal qualityfocus on accuracy, grammar, formatting, branding, and alignment with customer expectations. Maintain bid tracker, update management on bid status, and ensure documentation control and filing. Interact with OEMs/partners for price support, solution validation, and proposal alignment. Ensure adherence to timelines and manage multiple bids concurrently. Ensure post-bid follow-ups for presentations, negotiations, and award status. Required Skills & Qualifications: Any Graduate 5+ years of experience in bid/proposal management in the IT/System Integration industry. Strong knowledge of tendering processes for Government, PSU, and Enterprise customers. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), tender portals, and proposal tools. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments. Preferred Competencies: Experience in dealing with GeM and other e-tendering platforms. Knowledge of networking, server, storage, and cloud technologies is a plus.
