Job Summary:

Bid Manager

government e-procurement portals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to final submission.
  • Review and interpret tender documents to ensure eligibility and compliance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, finance, legal) to collect inputs and develop tailored proposals.
  • Draft and structure high-quality, compliant, and compelling bid responses.
  • Ensure timely submissions through relevant e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals).
  • Maintain organized records of proposals, templates, and submission timelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum

    2-4 years

    of relevant experience in bid/tender management.
  • Solid knowledge of government e-procurement systems (GeM, CPPP, state portals).
  • Strong documentation, proofreading, and formatting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
