Bid Management

As a Bid Manager at Intellect Design Arena Limited, your role involves managing medium to large proactive and reactive bids/RFPs. Your responsibilities include: - Preparing winning proposals that align with client business needs - Managing the response process against RFIs/RFPs - Identifying inter-dependencies - Developing bid project plans - Engaging and coordinating with the Bid Team - Organizing solution workshops - Acting as the initial escalation point for bid-team issues - Facilitating pricing development - Ensuring compliance with all relevant aspects of the Solution Design and Delivery process - Delivering final approved proposal documents to clients Qualifications Required: - Large RFP management in IT or Consulting is a MUST - Minimum Bid-Management/Pre-Sales experience of 2 years, preferably from the BFSI domain - Ability to handle 800 to 1200 RFP questions on average - Excellent communication and multi-stakeholder coordination skills - Strong presentation skills - Critical thinking and creative mindset - Proven problem-solving and writing skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a complex business environment - Ability to work under strict deadlines Intellect Design Arena Ltd is an enterprise-grade financial technology leader, providing composable and intelligent solutions for global financial institutions across 57 countries.
