Monitor and track RFPs from federal, state, and other government procurement portals. Ensure registration and eligibility across multiple bidding platforms. Analyze RFPs to determine eligibility, compliance requirements, and strategic fit. Identify potential risks, blockers, and critical submission criteria. Interpret business and technical requirements from RFP documents into actionable steps. Prepare detailed project scopes based on the RFPs stated needs. Develop tailored solution strategies aligned with selection and evaluation criteria. Build and manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Draft, organize, and refine proposal content to meet RFP standards. Oversee creation of visuals such as infographics, charts, and diagrams to support proposal narrative. Ensure all components of the proposal are compliant with legal and technical requirements. Identify and document project risks or ambiguities and propose mitigation strategies. Conduct post-submission reviews and integrate feedback into future proposal processes. Continuously improve proposal templates, processes, and knowledge repositories.
