Bid Management

As a Bid Manager at Intellect Design Arena Limited, you will be responsible for managing medium to large proactive and reactive bids/RFPs. Your main tasks will include preparing winning proposals that align with client business needs, managing the response process against RFIs/RFPs, identifying inter-dependencies, developing bid project plans, engaging and coordinating with the Bid Team, organizing solution workshops, acting as the initial escalation point for bid-team issues, facilitating pricing development, ensuring compliance with all relevant aspects of the Solution Design and Delivery process, and delivering final approved proposal documents to clients. Additionally, you will be expected to provide support in research and collateral development.
