Job Description

As a Bid Manager for Sales Support special initiatives, your role involves managing large and strategic deals by working closely with the Pursuit team and solution teams. Your responsibilities include: - Working closely with the Sales Team to provide presales and bid management support. - Planning bids effectively to ensure alignment with the bid plan and driving closure on time. - Resolving issues among stakeholders and ensuring all proposal components are integrated. - Managing bid budget and ensuring compliance with the approved budget. - Running special initiatives like Value Reports, Knowledge Management, and Win Loss Analysis. - Coordinating and completing all bid responses and proposals within agreed timescales. In addition to the primary skills in Bid Management, Account Management, and Client Management, you should also possess an aptitude for research and industry networking to incorporate the latest trends and competitor practices into the business model. Delivery leadership, people management, stakeholder management, and client management are crucial aspects of this role. Furthermore, secondary skills in Business Leadership and Service Delivery will be beneficial for excelling in this position.,
