Summary

We are currently seeking a Bid Manager with expertise in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of defining and shaping bid responses, collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality and impactful submissions who will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand client requirements and deliver tailored responses within deadlines.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of bid management processes, preferably within the BFSI sector, and possess experience working with procurement portals (such as GeM or EPROC) to support the delivery of exceptional bid responses.

JD FOR BID MANAGER

• Should have worked on large complex Government Tenders/enterprise bids and have good understanding of the bidding process.
• Should be well versed with various Govt. eProcs, GeM, Tender Wizards, nCode, etc.
• Should have sound knowledge of IT domain
• Should have Good communication writing skills and should be well worse with Government tender documentation.
• Sound knowledge of MS-Office tools
• Good documentation skills using MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF etc.
• Well organised focus
• Should have good reading capacity (since manager has to read large Tender Documents)
• Good co-ordination capability
• Capability to work on multiple tender documentation simultaneously
• Min. 6 to 10 years of experience in complex bid management and documentation
