Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for bid management of large and strategic deals to support sales initiatives. This includes working closely with the Pursuit team and solution teams to ensure successful bidding processes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide presales and bid management support. - Develop a comprehensive bid plan for each pursuit and ensure adherence to the plan to achieve timely closure. - Resolve issues among stakeholders involved in the bidding process. - Integrate all proposal components and ensure compliance with RFP/RFI requirements. - Prepare bid budget and manage the bid within the approved budget. - Lead special initiatives such as Value Reports, Knowledge Management, and Win Loss Analysis. - Coordinate and complete all bid responses and proposals within agreed timescales. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Bid Management and Account/Client Management. - Ability to conduct research and engage in industry networking to stay updated on trends and competitor practices. - Demonstrated skills in delivery leadership, people management, and stakeholder/client management. Additional Details: The role may also require skills in Business Leadership and Service Delivery to effectively manage bid processes and support sales activities.,
