Job Description

A leading International Architectural Practice, located in Dubai with an office in India, working on prestigious projects are seeking Bid Coordinator candidates who meet the following criteria: The job responsibilities include but are not limited to: The Bid Coordinator will co-ordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, ITT, RFP etc.) documents. He / She will co-ordinate and produce bid response documents for PQQs and bids, in accordance with client requirements and in line with the DSA Bid framework process. The Bid Coordinator must work closely with their immediate supervisor to establish and agree work scope and responsibilities of this role on the specific project; and establish the required resources / support to fulfill all required duties as agreed. Review requests for proposals (RFP) and other related documents. Following the company processes and procedures. Manage, plan and coordinate the gathering of proposal information in accordance with the RFP requirements. Provide organization and structure for the senior management and team contributors to ensure effective and efficient work and use of time with senior management. Assist with the required overall planning coordination to manage multiple fee proposals as appropriate. Identify appropriate 3rd party external subcontracted parties and ensure they are prequalified to allow participation in the fee proposals. Coordinate with, follow up and obtain input from within the company team and from external parties as appropriate. Liaise with all external outsourced subcontracted parties, sending enquiries, follow up, reviewing their returned proposals and providing comparisons / recommendations for incorporation in the fee bids. In conjunction with the team, review & prepare all elements of the RFP documentation required for submission, chase content contributors as required. Ensure a compliant, error-free document is checked, approved by senior management and submitted to the client in the correct format, meeting the deadline. Work with the senior management team to develop and improve upon the quality of processes, systems and submissions on an ongoing basis. Qualifications required: 1-3 years of relevant experience. Bachelors Degree from recognized Institution. Preferably worked in Architecture company. Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals. Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to quickly learn and master the role and skills required.
