Job Description

Analyze, design, develop, implement, test, document, and operate large-scale, high-volume, high-performance data models (including star schemas).Develop reports, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Microsoft BI Platform (Azure Synapse, BigQuery, Power BI) based on business requirements.Work closely with internal teams, gather requirements, and translate business needs (including CRM and PSA domains) into BI solutions.Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication.Work with solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments.Partner with BI architects on proofs of concept and prototypes of new tools, features, and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related fields with 5+ years of BI analysis and development experience.Hands-on experience with Power BI development; advanced DAX techniques; cloud databases like Azure Synapse, BigQuery, AWS.Intermediate to advanced T-SQL skills.Good understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) concepts, star schema modeling, fact and dimension tables, and BI development lifecycle.Experience with Professional Services (PSA) and CRM datasets for analytics and reporting is a plus.Strong understanding of Power BI application security: Row-Level Security, restricting sharing/publishing/export/printing.Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships globally.Results-driven mindset.Skills: azure,power bi,crm
